Accomplishments.

I've turned a new leaf.

I drink water.
I am being positive.
I am trying to be less in control.
I delegate.
I ask for help.
I go to bed earlier on work nights (yes, 10.45 is early)
I like sleeping in a cold room.


Biggest lesson learned:
I can't fix anything by stressing about it. So why stress?
