today, kevin and i ventured over to the portland saturday market. there was a vendor there selling all types of gag gifts just like the scissors head band in the photo below. quite interesting! the saturday market is always a fun place to go--you get to see different kinds of people doing weird things and fellow spectators that come to witness the chaos like i do. apart from the usual creative signs begging for donations, there was a homeless couple practically fornicating in the street...getting kinda kinky by pulling each other's hair and wrestling around on the ground. definitely was worth the show. ahhh, i love portland. we settled for a shared chicken skewer, rice and pork bun from a local vendor and just browsed our way through the market. it was a fun and rather uneventful day.
like i mentioned earlier, kevin hates when i use the kitchen scissors for anything other than meat. today, he got fed up :)
